IF with AND and OR
Use AND when every test must be true and OR when one is enough. Then put them inside IF to decide a discount or a delivery charge.

AND and OR join tests together. Each one returns TRUE or FALSE.
- =AND(test, test)
- TRUE only when every test is true
- =OR(test, test)
- TRUE when at least one test is true
