Paid holiday, unpaid leave and sick pay all change gross pay. Work out each one for a small team.

Almost every worker has a legal right to paid holiday. A contract can give more than the legal minimum.
Tallow Street Bakery gives 28 days of paid holiday a year to someone who works 5 days a week. Part-time staff get the same share of those days as they work of the week.
A day of holiday is paid as a normal day. Chloe's normal day is 7 hours at £14 an hour.
